There are two types of membership in the MDHSA. Full or Regular Membership and Associate Membership. There is no difference in how each type is treated and they are both welcome to participate fully in all activities. There is no division as most members do not know the identity of full or associate members. However, associate members may not serve as officers or vote. To become a member of the MDHSA both husband and wife must read the Statement of Purpose and check the appropriate box on the membership form and sign and form. Make checks payable to MDHSA and mail to MDHSA Membership 32 West Main Street, #5, Waynesboro, PA 17268.

Membership runs from July 1 through June 30 of each year. All new members pay a one-time new member assessment fee of $10. However if members allow their membership to lapse for a period of three years, they will be requires to fill out a new member form and pay the new member assessment fee along with annual membership dues. The annual membership fee is $40 in addition to the new member assessment fee. For those joining after January 1 for 1/2 year, the membership fee is pro-rated to $20l

One Time Assessment for New Members: $10

Annual Membership Dues: $40

Pro-Rated Member Due for 1/2 year membership: $20

You may take a $5 credit if you check on the membership form that you would like your newsletter by e-mail if you join anytime from July 1 to December 31. If you join after January 1 (with the newsletter year ending in June) there is no credit for pro-rated memberships.
