Important Changes to the PDE List of Standardized Tests

Thank you, Maryalice Newborn of PHEA for the updated information….

According to the PA Home Education Program law, home education students must include standardized test results in their 3rd, 5th and 8th grade portfolios.  The PA Department of Education is to provide a list of at least 5 options.  The PDE added “Measures of Academic Progress (MAP)” on February 1, 2017.  This is an untimed computerized test.
