Use this form to register in the LOCAL Franklin County, PA support group and participate in local activities.
You are NOT registering your student with the Diploma program when you send in this membership form.

If interested in registering, then order a diploma guide for $6.00, read the guide book, then submit a DIPLOMA Program Registration form with fee to register your student in the diploma program.
